Born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
 

He began his career in Brazil, spending more than a decade on municipal, state, and presidential campaigns and serving in strategic roles inside city and state governments across that country.
 

Today, Fernando is recognized as a political strategist and public-affairs expert with a global perspective. His professional experience includes the White House, U.S. presidential campaigns, and government initiatives in New York City and Washington, D.C., giving him a hands-on view of leadership, democracy, and civic engagement across the Americas.
